Man Charged In Armed Robbery Of Gas Station, Tewksbury Police Say
A man is facing charges for the armed robbery of a Tewksbury gas station, according to police.
TEWKSBURY, MA — A man was arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Tewksbury gas station last year, police said.
Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Shell gas station at 1975 Main St. on Feb. 20, 2025.
Following an investigation, Michael Moran, 46, of Tewksbury, was identified as a suspect, according to police.

Moran brandished what appeared to be a gun at gas station staff and took about $200 in cash from the registers, along with multiple packs of cigarettes, police said.
Moran was arrested Friday by Worcester police. He was charged with armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and larceny under $1,200.

He was previously arrested in Tewksbury in 2019 for a similar incident, police said.
