District Attorney Marian Ryan this week announced 29 indictments handed down between Dec. 5 and Jan. 30. Both Tewksbury cases are for conspiracy charges. The indictments are below: <h3>Tewksbury</h3><div></div>Mark Richards, 46, of Tewksbury, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams. Michael Moran, 41, of Somerville, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.
