New Hampshire Man Accused Of Golf Club Break-In In Tewksbury
Chief: Salem NH police helped cops identify Andrew McInnes of Derry in connection with a November break-in at the Trull Brook Golf Course.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Police in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, are asking for the public’s help finding a suspect from New Hampshire connected to a late November break-in at a local golf course.
Andrew McInnes, 40, of Derry, NH, is wanted on breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime, larceny from a building, and willful and malicious destruction of property charges after an incident around 2 a.m. on Nov. 25.
According to Chief Ryan Columbus, police were called to the Trull Brook Golf Course on River Road for a report of an alarm activation.

“Officers arrived to find that a glass door to the golf course pro shop had been smashed,” he said. “The Pro Shop was ransacked, with several sleeves of golf balls and some gift cards missing.”
Columbus said the department’s investigation involved “a detailed review of local surveillance footage.” After collaborating with officers from the Lowell MA Police Department, Mass. State Police, and the Derry and Salem NH police departments, McInnes was identified as the suspect, he said.

“Several sleeves of golf balls and Trull Brook Pro Shop gift cards were recovered during the course of the investigation,” Columbus said.
A warrant was issued for his arrest in Lowell MA District Court. It remains active at post time.
