NH Man Arrested After Police Chase through Three Towns: Report

The chase began in Tewksbury, according to the report.

LOWELL, MA — A New Hampshire man was arrested Saturday morning after allegedly leading police on a chase from Tewksbury to Groton, reports the Lowell Sun.

David F. Otte, 54, of Hudson, NH, was arrested after police say he led police from three towns on a chase and didn't stop until police utilized Stop Sticks to blow his tires. According to the report, Tewksbury police say that Otte was driving drunk at more than twice the legal limit in an unregistered car with a suspended license when he was arrested.

According to the report, police attempted to stop Otte on Main Street in Tewksbury, but Otte allegedly failed to stop and crossed over into the center lanes. Otte later made his way to I-495 South and exited onto Route 119 in Littleton, according to police. Littleton and Groton police were notified, and a Groton police officer deployed Stop Sticks to disable the vehicle.

According to the Lowell Sun's report, Otte plead not guilty to multiple charges including a second offense of operating under the influence, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle.
