Over 50 Tewksbury Residents Have Died Of The Coronavirus

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury reported over 50 deaths in its latest coronavirus update, Friday. Fifty-three residents have died, most of them at Tewksbury State Hospital and Blaire House, with 14 and 22 deaths respectively. Ten have died in the community.

Of 581 total cases, 262 cases remain active, over 200 of those at the hospital and Blaire House. Over 200 of the 265 community patients have recovered.

The town has not been able to confirm the status of 25 patients.
