Police Bust Tewksbury Man For Doing Donuts At Elementary School
Witnesses helped police identify the vehicle driven by Matthew Merrick, 19, of 242 Foster Rod in Tewksbury, early Sunday.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- Tewksbury Police were called to the Heath Brook Elementary School at 12:30 am Sunday morning after neighbors called to report a car tearing up fields, streets and the parking lot. After identifying the vehicle with the help of witnesses, police arrested Matthew Merrick, 19, of 242 Foster Rd, Tewksbury.
Merrick was arraigned in Lowell District Court Monday on two counts of vandalizing property and for being a person under the age of 21 in possession of alcohol.
