Police: NH Couple Was Dealing Drugs In Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury Police detectives conducting a drug investigation Monday arrested a couple from New Hampshire. Brandon M. Fernandez, 25, and Samantha R. Newton, 25, both of Greenville, NH, were scheduled to be arraigned on charges of trafficking heroin over 18 grams, an outstanding warrant for possession of heroin and traffic violations in Lowell District Court on Tuesday.

Tewksbury Police observed a suspected drug deal at the Circle K gas station on Andover Monday. They stopped the car Fernandez and Newton were in and, during a search, recovered 25 grams of heroin.
