Raytheon Signs Long-Term Lease For 600 Employees In Tewksbury
The company will occupy 134,000 square feet at the Center at innovation Drive, with an option for another 135,000 square feet.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Raytheon signed a long-term leaser ths month for 134,000 square feet spread over two floors at the Center at Innovation Drive. The 700,000-square-foot office complex is the former Wang Laboratories headquarters. Raytheon will house 600 workers in the complex.
Raytheon also has an option to expand into an additional 135,000 square feet of space spread over a single floor in the complex, which is operated by Rubenstein Partners LP. The recently redesigned Center at Innovation Drive property, formerly known as 495 Business Center, includes four conjoined buildings located at 200, 300, 400 and 500 Innovation Drive. Rubenstein recently completed a state-of-the-art interior and exterior renovation plan throughout the entire campus.
