'Serial Tagger' Nabbed In Tewksbury: Police

A 29-year-old Lowell man is facing 22 charges after being arrested by Tewksbury Police Tuesday.

TEWKSBURY, MA -- Police arrested a Lowell man Tuesday who they believe is responsible for multiple acts of vandalism that have been reported in Tewksbury since May. Joshua Chisholm, 29, of 221 Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell was charged with 20 counts of vandalizing property and two counts of vandalizing a memorial.

In a news release, Police said Chisholm was identified as a suspect after a "lengthy investigation." In addition to defacing bathroom walls, benches, signs, barrels and electrical boxes with spray paint and magic markers, Chisholm is accused of defacing the 9/11 Memorial in Tewksbury.

Chisholm is scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court Wednesday.
