TEWKSBURY, MA — The Town of Tewksbury's Fall Fun Day is scheduled for next weekend. It's the 9th annual iteration of the event and has been rescheduled to be a smaller affair.

Here's more information in a press release from the town:

Following the cancelation of the fall festival due to inclement weather, the Town of Tewksbury will host a fall-fun day on Friday, October 27, from 2-6pm on the Town Hall Common. This is a rain or shine event.

There will be a balloon twister, face painting artist, and exotic animal meet and greet. Attendees will see some of their favorite Community Market food trucks; What the Fork, Polish Prince Pierogi, Kiss the Cook Mac N Cheese, Milk + Sugar churros, The Whoopie Wagon, and The (Lemonade) Stand with roasted nuts.

There will be a variety of fall-themed lawn games, crafts, and music from DJ Vince. DJ Vince will also host the pie-eating contest. With over 30 food and craft vendors, there is a little something for everyone. Grab some candy apples or stock up on fall décor from a Tewksbury staple like Open Space Gift Shop.

Free parking will be available at Town Hall, 1009 Main Street, and the Center Elementary School, 139 Pleasant Street only after 3:30 once school pickup has ended for the day. Town Hall Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Parking at Town Hall will be via Dewey Street. Additional parking at 1 Dewey Street courtesy of Tewksbury Funeral Home.

This event is sponsored by the Town of Tewksbury with the generous support of the Town Manager’s office, Police Department, Fire Department, and Department of Public Works.

The event is at capacity and new vendors are no longer accepted.
