Tewksbury Conservation Commission To Hold Remote Virtual Meeting On April 1

Agenda items include the Burtt Road Development Notice of Intent, 60 Shawsheen Avenue Notice of Intent and more.

Due to the Governor’s Social Distancing Order and Open Meeting Law policy during the current State of Emergency, the Conservation Commission will be conducting its April 1, 2020 meeting as a virtual meeting on WebEx. The Meeting will be televised live on cable channels, Comcast Channel 99 and Verizon Channel 33.

Five public hearings will be continued and four public hearings are scheduled to go forward. The anticipated public hearings that will be heard are: Burtt Road Development Notice of Intent, 60 Shawsheen Avenue Notice of Intent, 339 Transmission Line New England Power Company Notice of Intent, and South Street (Sutton Brook Landfill) Request for Amended Order of Conditions.
