Tewksbury Coronavirus Update: 570 Confirmed Cases, 102 Active
Sixty-five residents have died of the virus, as of Saturday, the town reported.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Just 102 Tewksbury residents have active cases of the coronavirus, of 570 cumulative cases, the town reported Saturday. The majority of the active cases are at Tewksbury State Hospital, where there are 6 patients, of 170 total.
Sixty-five residents have died, including 29 at Blaire House and 17 at the State Hospital. Eleven have died in the community, outside of long-term care homes and assisted living facilities.
