On Wednesday April 15th, weather permitting, the intersection of East Street and Chandler Street will be closed to through traffic for paving. Eastbound traffic on East Street will be detoured south on Main Street to Livingston Street and then north on Livingston Street to East Street. Westbound traffic on East Street will be detoured south on Livingston Street to Main Street and then north on Main Street to East Street. Chandler Street will be closed between Main Street and Livingston Street and will use the same detour route along Main Street and Livingston Street.
