Friendly's has announced the closure of its restaurant location in Tewksbury.The announcement of the closure came on Sunday, August 24.According to Friendly's, the restaurant located at 759 Main St. in Tewksbury has closed and is no longer in operation."Friendly's in Tewksbury values its guests and thanks them for their patronage," press officials said in a statement to Tewksbury Patch.Company officials say there are no plans at this time for Friendly's to reopen in another location in town in the future. The chain's Chelmsford location is still open for customers.
