Tewksbury Guided Nature Walk Sunday

This Sunday, I will be leading another free Guided Nature Walk with the Conservation Agent Stefania Gallo. The walk will depart from the entrance to the Chandler Well Fields, 900 Chandler Street, at 9am and last for about an hour and a half. We will be exploring the trail system that overlooks the Chandler Well Fields/Heath Brook. Our hike will include 1) observing the new boardwalks that have been constructed on the parcel by Eagle Scouts 2) Receiving education on the parcels significance in the proposed Bay Circuit Trail route 3) A short presentation on where an additional 200’ boardwalk has been approved for construction on the parcel 4) a bit of Native American History relative to the Heath Brook 5) Guaranteed wildlife observation.
