Police arrested Ruben Ventura, 23, of 915 Essex Street Apt. #3 in Lawrence, and Jeanrobert Frenel Jr., 27, of 2 Emsley Terrace in Methuen, at 1910 Andover Street in Friday.Police recovered 20 grams of heroin and arrested the two men without incident.
