Monday Morning Concert: A Celebration of Song with Too Human (*RR)

Enjoy a 60-minute concert with Too Human, performing jazz standards from the Great American Songbook, along with jazzy “bluesy” originals. They will be accompanied by Keala Kaumaheiwa on upright bass. Whether performing breezy, jazzy, toe tapping swing; a bluesy, heartfelt ballad; or a familiar standard, Too Human will move you with their music. Munchkins and coffee will be served. This program is sponsored, in part, by the Tewksbury Cultural Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
Tewksbury Job Seekers: How To Build Relationships That Will Help You Career (*RR)

Discover effective communication techniques and explore calendar management and research tools. Led by Ray Mascola, owner of Targeting Sales Growth, who believes they every job seeker, regardless of the position being sought, must think of themselves as being in marketing and sales. Come learn how to better market and sell yourself.
Tech Tuesdays: How To Download Free Magazines with Zinio (*RR)

Become a library power user! Learn how to download free magazines via Zinio, a free online service offered to Tewksbury residents through the Boston Public Library. Demonstrations, videos, handouts and Q&A will be included. Please note this is NOT a hands-on session, but participants will leave ready to set up an account and start using Zinio on their own.
Learn How To Play Chess with Glenn Davison (*RR)

Have you always wanted to learn to play chess? Now's your chance! Glenn Davison, an accomplished player and instructor, will teach the fundamentals of chess, the world's most popular game of strategy. In the first hour, participants will learn the basics of playing chess. In the second hour, players will then have a chance to practice what they've learned by playing other beginners. The program is intended for adults, teens and children 8 and up. Children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult. All chess supplies will be provided. Limited to 40 seats.
Community Puzzle

Help us complete a 500-piece puzzle in one day! Every patron who visits today is invited to take as many turns as they'd like in placing the pieces. The puzzle table is located in the first-floor Fairgrieve Wing.
Foreign Film Series: The Salesman (*RR)

While both participating in a production of "Death of a Salesman," a teacher's wife is assaulted in her new home, which leaves him determined to find the perpetrator over his wife's traumatized objections. Adult Non-Fiction Book Group: Book Club Meeting

Join us on the second Thursday of each month in the Trustees Room for stimulating discussion of a variety of non-fiction books. Meetings are from 10:30am-12:30pm. This month, we will hold a special meeting to select the book group's titles for the next year.
Author Visit: Surviving Human Trafficking with Jasmine Grace Marino (*RR)

Author Jasmine Grace Marino will discuss her new book, The Diary of Jasmine Grace: Trafficked. Recovered. Redeemed. Speaking candidly about her years as a prostitute and heroin addict, Jasmine discusses how faith influenced her, and she sheds light on the road to recovery, relapse and redemption. Learn about the manipulation and mental programming in commercial sex; the role of the brain in addictive behaviors; and recovery obstacles after exiting the sex trade. Q&A and book selling and signing afterwards for those interested.

Tiny Tykes Story Time

Join Miss Heather for some early literacy fun, including stories, songs, fingerplays, lap bounces and more! There is no registration required, however, space is limited in the room. Please stop by the Children's Room desk to pick up a token for entry into the story time. There are two sessions: 10:15am and 11:00am. Please note that the 11am session is a repeat of the earlier session. For babies ages 0 months through 18 months.
Drop In Toddler Craft
