Author Jeff Howe ("If These Walls Could Talk: Stories From The New England Patriots Sideline, Locker Room, and Press Box," co-authored with Scott Zolak) will provide an insider's look into the great moments and the lowlights of arguably the most successful team in NFL history. Jeff is the New England Patriots beat reporter for The Athletic. A native of Lowell and a UMass graduate, he has covered the Patriots since 2009, including three years at NESN and six years at the Boston Herald. Author Richard Johnson ("The Pats: An Illustrated History of the New England Patriots," co-authored with Glenn Stout) will tell the story of the Patriots in this multimedia presentation, complete with archival photos and interesting tidbits from notable authors, journalists, and local celebrities. The Pats have become a dynasty, but it didn’t begin that way! Get ready to take a stroll down memory lane and remember the franchise's larger-than-life characters from throughout the years -- from founding owner Billy Sullivan, early stars like Syracuse running back Jim Nance and beloved wide receiver turned broadcaster Gino Cappeletti, to Hall of Famers and stars like John Hannah, Russ Francis, and Steve Grogan through to present-day stars like Tom Brady and Bill Belichick and owner Bob Kraft. Richard has served as Curator of The Sports Museum since 1982. He has authored or co-authored 23 books and served as a consultant to projects and clients including The Boston Celtics, New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, WGBH, ESPN, HBO, and The Boston Museum of Science.
