Tewksbury Man Arrested for Strangling Pregnant Girlfriend

SALEM, NH - Michael A. Levesque, 31, of Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Dec. 15, 2015, for second-degree assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and witness tampering.

Police were called to Holy Family to speak to a pregnant woman who was strangled and assaulted, allegedly by her boyfriend. They interviewed the woman and then, went to Main Street to arrest Levesque. He was held on $1,000 cash bail.
