Tewksbury Man Nabbed In Motorcycle Club Raid
James Snow, 28, is facing weapons charges after being arrested during the execution of a search warrant at the Everett Club.
TEWKSBURY, MA — A Tewksbury man was among those arrested Friday when police executed a search warrant at the Pagan Motorcycle Club in Everett. James Snow, 28, of Tewksbury, already had an open case on a weapons charge out of Lowell District Court when he was arrested. His new charges include two counts of illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a large-capacity feeding device, two counts of illegal possession of ammunition and two counts of improper storage of a firearm.
A judge set bail Snow's bail at $1,000 and then revoked it because of the open firearms case. He is due back in court May 21.
According to the Middlesex District Attorney's office, police seized illegally possessed semi-automatic handguns with loaded magazines and a separate magazine containing ammunition. They also found an unlicensed cash bar in the club. Jeff Wentworth, 47, of Gilmanton Iron Works, NH, and Marcus Basiliere, 26, of Derry, NH, were also arrested during the raid.
