WILMINGTON, MA — A Tewksbury man, 37, was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital by MedFlight after a single-vehicle crash in Wilmington Tuesday night.   Police responded to the crash at 10 p.m. at the intersection of Lake Street and Jacques Lane, and found a Honda CRV with heavy damage. The driver, a 40 year-old Wilmington man, was transported to Lahey Clinic.       Both suffered serious injuries during the crash. Police say that preliminary witness reports indicate that excessive speed may have been a factor in the crash.       The crash is currently under investigation with the assistance of the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, according to Wilmington Police.
