Tewksbury Police Adding OUI Patrols

TEWKSBURY, MA — The police department is increasing their impaired driving patrols on Tewksbury roads after receiving a special grant from the Highway Safety Division of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.

The Tewksbury Police Department will join more than 200 departments across Massachusetts in the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over enforcement mobilization.

It isn't just about drunk drivers - this year's campaign will very much focus on those under the influence of marijuana, as well.
