Tewksbury Police Arrest Alleged Coke Dealer At Motel 6

The arrest follows an investigation into drug activity at the motel near the I-495 junction in Tewksbury.

TEWKSBURY, MA -- A 21-year-old Lowell man is facing drug distribution charges after being arrested at the Motel 6 in north Tewksbury Monday. Omari Robinson, 21, of 106 Concord St., Apt #3 in Lowell, was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday on two charges of distribution of cocaine. Detectives investigating drug activity at the motel witnessed two drug deals before arresting Robison, according to a news release from the Tewksbury Police Department.

In July 2017, Lowell Police arrested Robinson after conducting surveillance on his apartment. Police recovered a sawed-off shotgun, a handgun, and more than 50 grams of cocaine during a search of the apartment.
