Tewksbury Police Arrest Boston Man On Cocaine Trafficking Charges

Jimmorie L. Marshall, 32, of, Roxbury​, resisted arrest and was in possession 49 grams of cocaine and oxycodone when police arrested him.

TEWKSBURY, MA -- A traffic stop early Friday morning ended in a drug arrest for Tewksbury Police. Police say after being stopped for speeding around 1:30 am, Jimmorie L. Marshall, 32, of 40 Winthrop Street, Roxbury, refused to get out of his car and made "furtive movements."

After placing Marshall under arrest, police found 49 grams of cocaine and oxycodone. Marshall was scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court Friday morning on charges of trafficking cocaine over 36 grams, possession of a cocaine (subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, resisting arrest, speeding and an open container violation for both alcohol and marijuana.
