Tewksbury Police Arrest Three Following Drug Investigation
The department announced the arrests Saturday.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested three people after a drug investigation, they announced Saturday. The three were arrested Nov. 16 and due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court the following day. Detectives saw a drug deal while conducting surveillance in the Route 133 area, they said in a press release Saturday.
The following three people were arrested:
- Fabiana B. Silva, 40, of Dracut, was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, distribution of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, 2 counts of possession with the intent to distribute alprazolam and cyclobenzaprine, and destruction of evidence.
- David R. Powers, 40, of Dracut, was arrested and charged withpossession of buprenorphine.
- David M. Ness, 38, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl.
