Tewksbury Police Arrest Two Alleged Heroin Dealers At Motel 6
Jose Mercado, 44, and Raul Navarro, 36, both of Lowell, were scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- Two Lowell men are facing charges of distribution of a class A substance (heroin) after being arrested by Tewksbury Police Saturday. Jose Mercado, 44, and Raul Navarro, 36, were scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court Tuesday morning.
Tewksbury Police were conducting a drug investigation at the Motel 6 Saturday when they observed what they believed to be a drug transaction. A short while later they pulled over a vehicle and arrested Mercado and Navarro. No other details were released by Tewksbury Police in a statement issued Tuesday morning.
