UPDATED: Police Call Off Search for Tewksbury Suspect
BREAKING: Police have called off the search for 40-year-old Fred Rolfe.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury Police have called off the search for a suspect with a warrant out for his arrest who fled into the woods by the Walmart Supercenter on Main Street Thursday morning.
At 1:35 p.m., Police announced that the search for Fred Rolfe, 40, who was not located after a search lasting over two hours Thursday was called off. Residents are asked to contact police if they spot anyone matching Rolfe's description.
Police were actively searching for Rolfe in the Walmart Supercenter and Wamesit area's of Tewksbury. Rolfe is described as a 40-year-old white male wearing a camouflage hat and shorts as well as a black T-shirt.

A reverse 911 call was issued to residents Thursday morning. Lowell and Billerica police assisted with the search.
