Tewksbury Releases Survey For Open Space And Recreation Plan
Residents of Tewksbury are reminded to fill out the survey form in their tax bill to give feedback on the Open Space and Recreation Plan.

From The Town of Tewksbury: Residents are asked to look for the pink paper in their tax bill listing the link for the Open Space and Recreation plan. The town is in the process of updating this document and needs your input. To fill out the survey, go to https://www.surveymonkely.com/r/TewksburyOpenSpace. All responses are anonymous.
Paper copies are available at Town Hall, the Tewksbury Public Library and the Senior Center.
The opinion of residents matter in crafting the future of open space in town. Our “green infrastructure” is important for quality of life and the economic future of our community. Updating the plan is a state requirement and maintains the town’s eligibility to receive Division of Conservation Services funds.

Questions about which open space parcels residents use, what types of passive and active recreation are desired in town, and feedback on how the town can protect and acquire additional lands are just some of the ways your feedback can help. Maybe you’d like to see a disc golf course or perhaps you’d suggest a launch by the Shawsheen River. You may be an avid birdwatcher or desire more hiking trails.
Protection and use of our open space lands is critical to the overall well- being of Tewksbury and everyone’s opinion matters.
