Tewksbury Reports Over 500 Confirmed Coronavirus Cases
Over half of the town's cases, as of Saturday, are at the hospital and long-term care facilities.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Over 500 Tewksbury residents have tested positive for the coronavirus, the town said in its latest report Saturday. Out of 512 total cases, just under half, 240, are in the community, while the remaining 272 are in facilities like the Tewksbury State Hospital and the Blaire House Skilled Nursing Facility.
Forty-one residents have died and 331 had active cases as of Saturday. The remaining 140 have recovered.
