Tewksbury Resident Arrested for Two Counts of Heroin Distribution

Two other individuals were also arrested following an investigation by Tewksbury police.

Tewksbury Police arrested three individuals on Sunday, Feb. 8 following a narcotics investigation conducted by Tewksbury detectives.

Jason Sullivan, 24, of 22 Ruskin Road in Tewksbury was arrested for two counts of Distribution of a Class A Substance (heroin) and two counts of Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act. Lisa Gioioso, 27, of 1 Innis Drive in Billerica was arrested for Possession of a Class A Substance (heroin) and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act. James Berry, 31, of 12 Highland View Road in Tewksbury was also arrested for Possession of a Class A Substance (heroin) and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.

All three suspects are due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on February 10th, 2015.
