Tewksbury School Committee Chair Arrested At High School Game
The Lowell Sun reports that School Committee Chair Keith Sullivan was arrested at a Tewksbury-Andover high school basketball game Friday.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury School Committee Chair Keith Sullivan was arrested Friday night at an Andover-Tewksbury high school basketball game, the Lowell Sun reported. Sullivan was charged by Andover Police with trespassing, according to the Sun report. Andover Police Lt. Edward Guy told the Sun that Sullivan sat in the Andover section, and was eventually arrested after things got heated between him and students.
The Sun's Emma Murphy reported that students took Sullivan's coat, and after it was returned, and Andover High administrator suggested Sullivan move to the Tewksbury section. An Andover police officer arrested Sullivan after he refused repeated requests to move.
