Tewksbury Teen Arrested On Drug-Dealing Charges
James F. Hannon, 19, of Tewksbury, had property that was allegedly stolen from the town and Tewksbury Memorial HS when he was arrested.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- Tewksbury Police arrested James F. Hannon, 19, of Tewksbury, Monday after observing what they believed was a drug deal. During a motor vehicle stop near Hannon's home at 21 Secor Lane, police recovered 76 grams of marijuana, $870.00 in cash, and property that belonged to the Town of Tewksbury and Tewksbury Memorial High School.
Hannon was charged with distribution of a class d substance (marijuana), possession with intent to distribute a class d substance (marijuana), and two counts of receiving stolen property under $250.00. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Tuesday.
