Tewksbury Trick Or Treating Hours: What You Need To Know

TEWKSBURY, MA -- Trick or Treating in Tewksbury is scheduled for 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 31 this year. Tewksbury Police offered the following tips for safe trick or treating this Halloween season:

• Only go to houses where you or your friends know the residents
• Don't knock on doors where there is a sign saying 'NO callers' or there are no outside lights on
• Stay in areas that are lit with streetlights - take a flashlight with you just in case
• Stay with your friends - don't split into smaller groups unless an adult goes with you
• Do not talk to strangers on the street
• Don't enter any house, stay on the doorstep
• Always look carefully before crossing the road, even if you are part of a group
• Be visible
