TEWKSBURY, MA — The Tewksbury Redmen football team looks to continue its undefeated campaign against Chelmsford, and the game has been nominated as a candidate for FOX 25's Game of the Week.
The Redmen, lead by head coach Brain Aylward, enter the contest with an unscathed 5-0 record. The team hasn't been without close calls, edging 0-5 Lawrence by just two points last week. Lead by running back Will Matovu and quarterback Jay Connolly, the Redmen hope to keep this momentum going as they visit Chelmsford.
The Lions of Chelmsford enter the game with a 2-3 record, with wins over Lowell and Acton-Boxborough. The game is set to take place at 7 p.m. at 200 Richardson Rd. in North Chelmsford.
