TEWKSBURY, MA — A local woman was arrested last week for dealing drugs, including heroin, police said Friday.Karen Salvaggio, 37, of Maureen Drive, was arrested last Friday for possession with the intent to distribute a class a substance (heroin), two counts of possession of a class b substance (hydrocodone and oxycodone), failure to use a turn signal, and speeding.Detectives had been investigating drug activity on Maureen Drive and identified Salvaggio as a person involved, police said. During surveillance on Aug. 11, police saw what they believed to be a drug deal and stopped a vehicle allegedly involved.
