The Committee has spent over three years, 35 committee meetings, and seven public presentations in an effort to update the Town of Tewksbury’s Zoning Bylaw. While the Committee believes that a number of issues in the current bylaw would be addressed through this revision, it felt that the overriding concerns expressed by residents relative to the pandemic were enough to postpone a vote until the 2021 Annual Town Meeting.

A formal motion to withdraw the articles will be submitted by the Committee at the continued Annual Town Meeting on June 24, 2020.
