Tewksbury's First Day of School: Information, Bus Routes and More

TEWKSBURY, MA — Parents, rejoice. The summer is coming to a close.

All Tewksbury students begin classes on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Schools will be closed Friday, Sept. 2, and Monday, Sept. 5, for the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Here are the school hours, according to the Tewksbury Public Schools website:

• High School: 7:30 a.m. - 1:49 p.m.
• Wynn Middle School: 7:35 a.m. - 1:55 p.m.
• Ryan School: 8:15 a.m. - 2:27 p.m.
• Dewing / North Street Schools: 8:45 a.m.- 3:10 p.m.
• Heath Brook / Trahan Schools: 8:45 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.
• Preschool Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs: 8:15 a.m. - 10:45 pm
• Preschool Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri: 11:45 a.m- 2:15 p.m.
