When we’re laid off from a job or leave on our own, it’s stressful. Add to that the hunt for another job, which can be a full-time job in itself, and the tension builds. The longer we’re searching, the more stressful we become. We begin to wonder whether something is wrong with us, and the guilt and shame we manufacture propels us into more anxiety. All of this affects our health and our relationships with our family, friends, and colleagues. And, if left unchecked, it can affect our success in finding a job. Learn how to take care of yourself during those challenging journeys to the next job. Discover tips on how to detect when your stress begins to come into your life and how to stop it before it grows out of control. Led by Cheryl Landes, founder of Tabby Cat Communications. There will be plenty of time for networking after the presentation. Register HERE.
