Certified life coach Linda King will discuss her new book, Jump-Start That Job Search, on time management, staying organized, keeping commitments and staying calm for job seekers. There will be plenty of time for networking after the presentation. A book selling/signing will take place afterwards for those interested. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Register HERE.

Welcome To Tewksbury Reception

Monday, October 22, 6pm-8pm

Have you moved to town in the past five years? Are you interested in learning more about what Tewksbury has to offer? You are invited to the 2nd Annual "Welcome To Tewksbury" Reception, sponsored by the Library & the Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce. New residents are encouraged to drop in anytime during the two hours to: Meet representative from town government, schools, businesses, and community organizations; Learn about their services, programs, and volunteer opportunities; Pick up a free Welcome Bag filled with information, coupons, & gift items from Chamber businesses; and Enjoy conversation & light refreshments with other residents who are new to Tewksbury. While the night is geared towards new residents, ALL residents are welcome. No registration required.

FOR KIDS

Tiny Tykes Story Time

Monday, October 22, 10:15am & 11am

For young children ages 0 to 18 months. Older siblings are always welcome to join in! Join us for a fun session of stories, songs, fingerplays, instruments, and gentle movement that help build early literacy skills. Please note, we have 2 sessions that are the same, one is at 10:15am and the other is at 11:00am. No registration required. HOWEVER, there is limited space in the room. Please check in at the Children's desk upon arrival to check to see if there is still room available in the session.
