Author Julie Dobrow ("After Emily: Two Remarkable Women and the Legacy of America's Greatest Poet") will reveal the untold story of the extraordinary mother and daughter who brought Emily Dickinson’s genius to light. Discover the importance of the earliest editions of Dickinson's work and the surprising impact this mother-daughter duo had on the poet we know today. Julie is Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at Tufts University and a Senior Fellow at the Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts. Q&A and book selling/signing to follow. Story Time Stations
Tuesday, November 13, 11am
Storytime Stations is a fun way to explore stories and make connections with books to a number of other skills, such as reading, writing, math, and art. This month, we will be exploring "The Little Red Hen." Storytime Stations is designed for children aged 3-5; siblings are always welcome. This program is presented in conjunction with Community Teamwork. No registration required.
Dewing & North Street School Night at the Library
Tuesday, November 13, 6pm
All students and their families of the Dewing School and North Street School are invited tonight to the library! We will take you on tours, play Book Bingo and you can find your teachers and/or principal, among other things. Any family who attends can get all of their library fines waived (late fees only) and it's a great time to get a library card for the first time (or replace a lost card for free!). No registration required.

Teen Advisory Group (TAG) Painting
Tuesday, November 13, 6pm
Teens! Do you: Want to get involved at your library? Help plan fun teen events? Help build the teen collection? Want to meet new friends? Need to earn community service hours? Join the Teen Advisory Group (TAG) @ the Tewksbury Public Library! At TAG, we meet monthly, enjoy pizza, and figure out how to make the library a better place for teens. Bring friends - new members welcome! This month we will be painting our new teen programming room so please wear clothing you can get paint on. We buy pizza based on the number of teens who register. If you don't register for the program then you may not get pizza! Register HERE.
