Three Arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin

Detectives observed the three individuals attempting to facilitate a sale/delivery of 11.5 grams of a substance believed to be heroin.

Tewksbury Police Wednesday announced the arrest of three individuals on Tuesday, Feb. 3 following a narcotics investigation conducted by Tewksbury Detectives.

Ernest L. Rivera, 28, of 342 Prospect Street, Apt. 1, Lawrence was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (heroin), Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. Kevin Mor, 19, of 51 Branch Street, Apt. 2, Lowell was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (heroin), Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Furnishing a False Name/SSN at booking. Anthony Measamom, 20, of 48 Crosby Street, Apt. 3, Lawrence was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (heroin) and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.

Detectives observed the three individuals attempting to facilitate a sale/delivery of 11.5 grams of a substance believed to be heroin to a predetermined location during surveillance. All three suspects were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Feb. 4.
