UPDATED: Three-Vehicle Crash on Main Street in Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY, MA—A three-vehicle crash occurred on the Wilmington/Tewksbury border Friday morning.

The accident occurred on the corner of Main and Vernon Street. Tewksbury Police announced via their Twitter account that three vehicles were towed from the scene.

Tewksbury Police Chief Timothy Sheehan told Patch that two of the vehicles were stopped on Main Street at the Vernon Street intersection when a third vehicle crashed into the second vehicle, pushing it into the first vehicle which was waiting to turn on to Vernon Street.

All parties involved refused medical care, according to Sheehan.
