Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Tewksbury
The charges stem from a July 4 motor vehicle stop in the Wal-Mart Parking lot.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- A motor vehicle stop in the Wal-Mart Parking lot on the Fourth of July resulted in the arrest of two men on drug charges. Police charged Felipe Fernandes, 34, of 18 Yorkshire Drive in Tewksbury, with distribution of a class b substance (subsequent offense) and Samross Chhim, 34, of Lowell, with possession of a class b substance.
Both men were arraigned on Thursday in Lowell District Court.
