The COVID-19 pandemic has created many stressful situations for our Massachusetts energy customers, including an urgent need for financial assistance programs. Some residents who have never qualified before may now be eligible for assistance with paying their utility bills.

In October, National Grid and Eversource are co-sponsoring a series of webinars in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to educate customer about Income Eligible solutions in Massachusetts. Advance registration is required for each webinar:
