TEWKSBURY, MA -- In hopes of stemming off frantic phone calls, Tewksbury Police posted a warning on Twitter Tuesday morning that there will be a low-flying helicopter hovering over town over the next few days. The black helicopter with tail number N748CB will be conducting routine inspections of power lines for National Grid.
