Woman Found Dead From Apparent Trauma In Billerica Home

BILLERICA, MA — A woman was found dead in Billerica, Thursday, officials said.

Billerica police were called around 10:17 a.m. for an unresponsive woman in a Village Lane home. The police found a woman in her 60s dead with signs of trauma.

Officials said the event does not appear to be random and there is no threat to the public.

The investigation is ongoing, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Billerica Chief of Police Daniel Rosa said.
