Woman Nabbed For Dealing Heroin: Police

ICE has now issued a detainer for the 24-year-old due to her lacking immigration status.

TEWKSBURY, MA — A Lawrence woman arrested Tuesday for allegedly dealing heroin now has the attention of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for lacking immigration status.

Patricia Pimental, 24, was arrested during an investigation into her alleged drug dealings. Police a meeting was arranged at Highwood Drive where she sold drugs, resulting in the recovery of 33 grams of heroin. Police took Pimental into custody without incident.

ICE issued a detainer for Pimental, Tewksbury Police said.

Pimental is being charged with trafficking heroin over 28 grams. She is scheduled to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Wednesday.
