The Tewksbury Public Library is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive. The need for blood is constant and your donation can help save up to 3 lives. Drop-ins are welcome. You can also schedule an appointment ahead of time on the Red Cross website.
FRIGHT NIGHT: Haunted Road Trips of New England with Roxie Zwicker

Take a virtual road trip along the strange highways and byways of New England. Discover secrets, mysterious places and active haunts to explore for an unforgettable evening that will prompt you to start your own travels. Led by Roxie Zwicker, a bestselling local author and television personality. She has been featured on the Travel Channel and History Channel and has hosted the inspirational television series, "The Power of One." Her company, New England Curiosities, features tours and events based on ghost stories of New England's forgotten past. Zwicker, who has been sharing her stories of New England Legends and Lore for nearly two decades, is the author of a dozen books, including "Haunted Cemeteries of New England: Stones, Stories and Superstitions" and "Haunted Pubs of New England." Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga combines simulated laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques to teach the body how to laugh without relying on jokes or humor. This is a participatory program where we will create moments to laugh in through guided actions. No need to bring a yoga mat--most of the program is seated, with options for standing or gentle movement. There is no registration required, but please arrive on time. Session will last about 30 minutes. This program is for all ages.
Crafternoon

Calling all knitters, crocheters, needle workers, beaders, and colorers! Bring your own craft project to the Library and work on it while enjoying conversation with other crafters. (Please, no crafts involving glue or paint.) Take advantage of the many books available at the library to get ideas for your next project or to explore a new craft.
LUNCHTIME LECTURE: My 30 Years of Quilts In 30 Minutes

Yes, she’s one of “them”. One of the 10 million Americans who quilt. She takes fabric, cuts it up into little pieces, and sews the pieces back together. Sue Pedersen considers herself an avid quilter. She is a Tewksbury resident and an active member of the Tewksbury Piecemakers. Come meet Sue and see a collection of her quilts, which tell the story of her 30 years of quilting. Sue hopes to inspire you to take up one of America's most favorite hobbies. FRIGHT NIGHT: An Evening with the Mass Ghost Hunters Paranormal Society

Seen a ghost or interested in paranormal activity? Then don't miss this event! The Mass Ghost Hunters Paranormal Society will take you through a brief history and discuss their real-life experiences pursing the paranormal. Along with their stories, they will share their best collected evidence and equipment used to seek out the paranormal in Massachusetts and neighboring states. Preschool Storytime

For ages 3 to 6. Younger siblings are always welcome! Join us for a story time of music, books, movement and more! Early literacy skills will set your child up for a successful school career and here's the place to begin. No registration required.
Helping Hands Club

Join us for a fun project to benefit the community! Each month, we will make something that will be donated to various local non profit organizations. This program is open for children ages 7 to 11. Register HERE.
Halloween Tea Party

Join Miss Kat for a spooky Halloween tea party! Costumes are recommended, but not required. We will have a craft, a story, and a snack. No need to sign up; please drop in. This program is for children ages 3-7 and their caregivers.
Wiggle Time

For 2 year olds (ages 18 months and up). Get your early literacy skills on with stories, songs, movement, instruments, dancing and more! No registration required, HOWEVER, there is limited space in the room. Please check in at the Children's desk upon arrival to grab a token and ensure there is space in the story time.
Dads & Donuts

Join us for a story time of music, books, movement... and donuts! Sharing story time with a parent or caregiver is a good way to foster a love of reading and jumpstart a journey of lifelong learning. This program is designed for children ages 3 to 7, but siblings are always welcome. Breakfast refreshments will be served for all ages.
