Calling all local filmmakers to participate in 140Arts 2nd Annual Film Fest! We are now accepting short film submissions, featuring Students, Hobbyists and Professionals! This event is a great opportunity to network and make friends with other local filmmakers. Applicants must be local to New England to be eligible. $5 for Students and $10 for General Filmmakers.
