The Wakefield Rotary Club will again be hosting a Red Sox ticket chance at the WCAT Movies by the Lake. Thanks to another generous donation from Wakefield Rotarian Frank Fiorentino and Mahoney, Fiorentino, and Co., PC, raffle participants can win a pair of tickets for the Red Sox versus the Arizona Diamondbacks on the Tuesday, August 18th game at Fenway Park.
Proceeds from the chances will benefit the local and international projects of the Wakefield Rotary Club Foundation. Club President Paul Adams said, “This is a great way to win some great Sox seats and support local causes through Rotary.”
Ticket chances cost twenty-five dollars and the prize includes two seats at Fenway, Box 49, Row H, Seats 1-2, behind the visitor and on-deck circle near home plate. The value of the pair of tickets is about $300. 2024 ticket winner, Amy Luckiewicz said, “The seat location was so close to the action. I’ve never been so close to the field before!”
Tickets are on sale during the Movies by the Lake on the Common. Visit the Rotary table to grab your chance to win. Tickets are also available at Holiday Travel Wakefield (402 Main Street), from any Wakefield Rotarian or online at www.wakefieldrotaryclub.com/RedSox. You can also Venmo the club @wakefieldrotaryclub. Indicate “Sox” in the memo and provide your contact information. The winning ticket will be pulled at 8:00pm on Thursday, August 6th at the Movies by the Lake event. You do not have to be present to win.
